Return Policy
  • Signet, Inc. will gladly accept and process in-stock returns at no charge (except freight, when applicable) within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
  • A return authorization number must be obtained from a Signet team representative and noted on the package being returned.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, as well as shipping/handling on the original order and the exchange order (if applicable).
  • Signet, Inc. will handle all merchandise pick up arrangements for damaged/defective or mis-shipped orders.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Special Order/Custom items are not returnable.
